Terms of service
Key terms for using Onur Bilişim services.
Effective date & term
The agreement takes effect upon online signup and is open-ended. Customers confirm that registration details are accurate and up to date.
Service provisioning
Onur Bilişim provisions the ordered service and activates it after payment is collected, then notifies the customer.
Fees & payment
Service fees and applicable taxes are collected in advance at the start of each billing period. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination.
Price changes are announced on the website and/or by email. Continued use means acceptance of the current rates.
Backups & liability
Backup responsibility rests primarily with the customer. Onur Bilişim is not liable for indirect damages from outages or data loss; daily hosting backups are an additional safeguard.
Acceptable use
Services must be used lawfully. DDoS, spam, botnets, unauthorized access, and similar abuse may result in termination without refund.
Excessive CPU/RAM use on shared resources may lead to temporary suspension or cancellation.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel with at least 5 business days notice for monthly plans and 15 business days for annual plans via written notice or the client area. Onur Bilişim may suspend services without prior notice for violations; prepaid fees are then non-refundable.
Governing law
Disputes arising from this agreement are subject to the courts and enforcement offices of Kocaeli/İzmit, Turkey.
