Refund policy
Summary of refund and cancellation conditions.
Can I request a refund?
Except for domain names, SSL certificates, and server services, eligible services may be refunded within 7 days.
Are there deductions on refunds?
VAT is deducted from the total payment; the remaining amount is refunded.
Which products are refundable?
Refundable products include:
- Web hosting packages
- Extra IP and disk space
- Reseller hosting packages
- Radio / IRC hosting packages
What is excluded?
VPS, dedicated servers, digital certificates, domain registrations, and colocation are not refundable.
What are the cancellation rules?
Submit cancellations from the client area. Once received, the next billing cycle invoice is not created. Requests should be sent at least one week before service end. For dedicated servers and colocation, cancel at least 14 days before the invoice date.
What is the provisioning time?
After payment, domains, hosting, SSL, and VPS are usually delivered within 24 hours; dedicated servers within up to 48 hours depending on stock.
